Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. Good evening Kyle. I am reaching out due to the proposed 10 unit residential structure proposed at 835 EI Capitan Way. I live in the neighborhood and we have an awful time with parking. I urge the ARC to review this with parking in mind. This would require a minimum of 20 parking spaces if the units are two-bedroom (guessing). No on -street parking should be allowed due to this PD called the Roadhouse, BUT there is a significant amount of parking that happens due to the businesses in that development. Workers from the Roadhouse and Moran Brothers Autobody park up and down our residential street all day and that causes significant congestion on the street. Unlike the "commercial" mixed-use potential of the Roadhouse development, this residential development will only make it harder to find parking for the commercial tenants in the morning and only increase street parking. I urge the ARC to make sure that no parking exemptions are taken so that we are not further inundated with parking on EI Capitan Way. Thank you. Andrew Andrew C.
