Dear council members, As a mountain biker in our community, daylight savings has severely limited my ability to pursue my passion (for I am a student and do not have sunlight after school to ride). I know for a fact that a large portion of our community feels the same way as me, and we would greatly appreciate it if the open spaces of SLO could stay open past sunset. I understand that this is not the most convenient for our city staff for various reasons, but I believe it will strengthen community bonds if we are able to visit things like the Madonna Christmas tree after dark.
