Brown Act (Government Code § 54950 et seq.), commissioners and members of the public may participate in this regular meeting by teleconference. TBID AUDIENCE SEGMENT INCLUSION 25 mins The Board will continue the discussion on the diversification of audience segments in the TBID marketing efforts and programs. 3. TBID BOARD SUBCOMMITTEE STRUCTURE 15 mins The Board will consider the subcommittee structure for the remainder of the 2021-22 FY. 4. EVENT FUNDING APPROACH 15 mins funding.
