SPECIAL Meeting of the Mass Transportation Committee
CALL TO ORDER
A Special Meeting of the Mass Transportation Committee was called to order on Monday,
September 13, 2021 at 1:35 p.m. via teleconference, by Chair John Osumi.
ROLL CALL
Present: Committee Members David Figueroa (Vice Chair - At Large), Robin Kisinger (Senior),
Denise Martinez (Disabled), Marlene Cramer (Cal Poly), Trevor Freeman (Technical)
and John Osumi (Chair - Business)
Absent: Committee Member Dinah Nassar (Alternate)
Staff: Transit Manager Austin O’Dell, Transit Coordinator Megan Weeks, Transit Assistant
Jesse Stanley, and Deputy City Clerk Kevin Christian

CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
1. Minutes of the Mass Transportation Committee meeting of July 14, 2021.
ACTION: UPON MOTION OF COMMITTEE MEMBER FIGUEROA, SECONDED BY
COMMITTEE MEMBER CRAMER, CARRIED 6-0-1 (Member Nassar absent), the Mass
Transportation Committee approved the minutes of July 14, 2021.
PRESENTATIONS
2. Marlene Cramer – Cal Poly Transportation Incentives
Vice Chair Figueroa commented on Cal Poly’s transportation incentives.

ACTION: UPON MOTION OF COMMITTEE MEMBER CRAMER, SECONDED BY COMMITTEE
MEMBER KISINGER, CARRIED 6-0-1 (Member Nassar absent), the meeting was adjourned at
2:45 p.m.
The next Regular Meeting of the Mass Transportation Committee is scheduled for Wednesday,
November 10, 2021 at 2:30 p.m. via teleconference.
