Dear City Council,
I have no objection to Garage Structure in the back of that lot. I have lived in the neighborhood for 49 years and I know
the resident, Todd. The Garage structure cannot easily be seen from the street and there are no intentions for any
residential use.
Todd was originally given the ok to construct the building by the City.
Please allow the new existing Garage.
