Hello Council Members,
Being a Neighbor to Mr. Miller, I understand there is a issue with his Metal shed/ building in his back
yard. I drive by his home daily and do not have a problem with it. The neighbor hood has many garages,
sheds and homes on and near property lines. The color blends in with neighbor hood colors. The property
behind his home is a 2 Story apartment with the parking lot backing up to his rear fence. Having this structure
allows him to have his property inside out of weather, and out of site for the apartments occupant's to his
rear. Also being a metal shed structure , the chance of a fire it would most likely be slim and easily
extinguished, with little chance to spread.
