Inaccordancewiththatschedule,certainrecordshavebeenidentifiedaseligiblefordestruction.Alistingofthose records and relevant sections from the records retention schedule areattached. Public correspondence that was submitted to City Councilin 2017, 2018, and 2019exceedtheretention requirementsandassuch,arebeingpreparedfordestruction.Themethodofdestructionwillbeelectronic destruction.
