officer on behalf of the City Council pursuant to authority conferred by Resolution No. 5370 (1984
Series), recorded June 15, 1984, in Volume 2604, Official Records, Page 878, San Luis Obispo
County, California,upon completion of the improvements to the satisfaction of the City and the
Grantee consents to recordation thereof by its duly authorized officer or his agent.

hereinafter termed Offerer:
WHEREAS, said Offeror desires to make an irrevocable and perpetual offer to
dedicate a Street Easement, which offer may be accepted at any time by the City of
San Luis Obispo.
NOW, THEREFORE, said OfFeror covenants and promises as follows:
1. That said offeror is the owner of the following interest described as:
Parcef 1 of Parcel Map SLO 13-0022, in the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San
Luis Obispo, State of California, according to map recorded November 20, 2015 in
Book 78, Pages 37 through 40 of Parcel Maps.
2. That said Offeror does hereby offer irrevocably and in perpetuity to the City of
San Luis Obispo a Street Easement as described in Exhibit A and as shown on
Easement Exhibit A-1 attached hereto.
3. That said Offeror agrees that said ofFer of dedication shall be ir�evocable and that
the City of San Luis Obispo may, at any time in the future accept said Offer of
Dedication of the Street Easement.
4. That said Offeror agrees that this irrevocable and perpetual affer to dedicate is
and shall be binding on their heirs, legatees, successors and assignees.
