Go with staff rec.---Gas is unsafe--especially for "forgetful" elders.
There is definite indoor air pollution from gas burners--harmful to health.
Gas lines to houses eventually fail, and are a threat in earthquakes, house fires and errant digging.
All green energy eventuates in electrons--burning fossils is so antithetical to a livable world of 8+ billion souls already in
great peril.
