I strongly support an ordinance preventing fossil fuels from being used in new buildings. My house has a new
heat pump. We need to see if we can incentivize developers to go all electric. We need to make sure the
building industry is capable of furnishing all electric buildings and if the electric grid can supply enough
electricity to operate these buildings. Please keep moving forward. John Livingston
