1) Where can the public access a list of capital improvement projects approved for
2021-23?
The capital projects for 2021-23 were approved via adoption of the 2021-23
Financial Plan. The projects can be found in the Capital Improvement Plan
-here,
beginning on page 373. The comprehensive project list begins on page 397.
