Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. Hello Commissioners, I am writing to you today with deep concern over Item 4a: 4.a. 2406 & 2414 JOHNSON (ARCH-0383-2021) REVIEW OF TWO, NEW, PRE-MANUFACTURED SINGLE-UNIT RESIDENCES AND A PREMANUFACTURED ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT ON TWO SEPARATE LOTS WITH SHARED DRIVEWAY ACCESS 9 Recommendation: Review the proposed project in terms of consistency with the City’s Community Design Guidelines (CDG) and provide a recommendation to the Community Development Director. My home borders the Spevack Property. I have owned this home since 1998. I attended the 2009 Planning meeting/hearing, whatever you call it, when they wanted to subdivide their lot. We were assured that the little piece of land, which borders my property, was protected against any structures being built on it. So why am I seeing this now? I have posed this question to City Plannig. It should be a non-issue. Secondly, and more important you on the ARC, look at the houses around here. We aren't "premanufactured" buildings. Most of these houses are 2000 sf or more, and were built in the 1980s. His proposal absolutely does not conform to the type of housing around his property. Packing in two residences and an ADU (another name for a residence) on these lots also does not conform to the neighborhood. Please protect those of us whose life savings are in our homes, right now. Do not approve this project which is certainly to degrade our property values. -- Paula Paula Dooley Stephen Ross Wine Cellars Flying Cloud Wines 805.594.1318 1 2
