SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER TRAINING FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS
Public Comment - Public comment is limited to items that are listed on the Special Meeting Agenda
and can be submitted in the following ways:
Mail or Email Public Comment
Received by 3:00 PM on the day of meeting - Can be submitted via email to
emailcouncil@slocity.org or U.S. Mail to City Clerk at 990 Palm St. San Luis Obispo, CA
93401. All emails will be archived/distributed to councilmembers, however, submissions
after 3:00 p.m. on the day of the meeting may not be archived/distributed until the
following day. Emails will not be read aloud during the meeting.
Verbal Public Comment
In Advance of the Meeting – Call (805) 781-7164; state and spell your name, the agenda
item number you are calling about and leave your comment. The verbal comments must
be limited to 3 minutes. All voicemails will be forwarded to the Council Members and
saved as Agenda Correspondence. Voicemails will not be played during the meeting.
During the meeting – This is an in-person training hosted at Fire Station No. 1, 2160 Santa
Barbara Ave., in San Luis Obispo. To provide comment during the meeting you must be
present when the training begins.

Mayor Erica A. Stewart will call the Special Meeting of the San Luis Obispo City
Council to order.
2.PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ITEMS ON THE AGENDA ONLY
Public Comment is limited to items that are listed on the Special Meeting
agenda.
3.EMERGENCY OPERATIONS CENTER TRAINING FOR ELECTED OFFICIALS
San Luis Obispo Fire Station staff will provide Emergency Operations Center
training to the City Council.
4.ADJOURNMENT
The next Regular Meeting of the City Council will be held on February 15, 2022
at 6:00 p.m., via teleconference
