Kindly respond to let me know you have received this and it will be submitted prior to the February 7, 2022 ARC meeting. Thank you, Maureen Eyerman 1649 Corona Ct San Luis Obispo, Ca. 1 February 6, 2022 Good evening, My name is Maureen Eyerman and I live at 1649 Corona Ct. My home borders the east side of the Spevack property. I have owned this home since 1995. I had attended the 2010 City Council meeting regarding the Spevack subdivision. Even though I was opposed to the subdivision felt that a reasonable compromise had been made between the Spevacks and adjacent homeowners. The conditions were clear that future building was limited to the envelope on the Tentative Map and the area directly below me (area NOW for proposed ADU) was a non- buildable area. Somehow things have changed since then without our approval. I have worked very hard to maintain the quality of my property. Several hundred thousand dollars have been spent on improvements in order to add to the enjoyment and value of my home. Building cheap, pre-fab homes and an unapproved and improper pre-fab ADU in this subdivision will decrease the value and enjoyment of my home. I rely on this as a source of income for my retirement. Thank you for your review and consideration of my concerns. Kind regards, Maureen Eyerman
