PUBLIC PEDESTRIAN ACCESS EASEMENT
(Beebcc Street at South Street)
FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
'Survivor's Trust of the 2002 Girardi Revocable Trust dated July 30, 2002, hereinafter referred
to as OFFEROR, hereby OFFERS to the City of San Luis Obispo, a Municipal Corporation and
charter City, as OFFEREE, an irrevocable easement for public pedestrian access purposes, for public
use over and across a portion of certain property described as (See Exhibit A) in the City of San Luis
Obispo, County of San Luis Obispo, State of California. Said irrevocable easement offer is described
as follows:
See Exhibit B, attached hereto, for legal description and Exhibit C, attached
hereto, for graphical depiction.

February 27, 2009 as Document No. 2009-009640, being a portion of Lots 1 and 2 of
Block 2 of the Map of the "Resubdivisions of Lots Nos. 7-8 and 9 of Block 151 of
Hartford's Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo, Calif." Filed October 31, 1911 in
Book 1, page 27 Of Maps, lying within the City of San Luis Obispo, County of San Luis
Obispo, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Block 2, being the northeast corner of the
intersection of South Street and Beebee Street, according to said map; thence along
the east right-of-way line of Beebee Street
1. North 000397" West, 9.31 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way line
2. South 44°55'59" East, 13.02 feet to a point on the south line of said Block 2, also
being a point on the north right-of-way line of South Street; thence along said
north right-of-way line
