I ask Mayor Harmon and City Councilmembers to hold off on this vote until our public health and
economic crisis ends. Please don’t change the energy code until we can get past this current COVID
health crisis. SLO residents deserve to be heard in person to show our community on this controversial Energy policy,
especially in light of the Coronavirus pandemic. I ask you once again to hold off on your vote until we can ALL have our
voices heard, there is no reason why we can’t press pause until our health and economic crisis is over – SLO
residents deserve to be able to make their voices heard in person! Thank you, Amber Johnson
