I will reach back out when I hear from out City Attorney but I believe if the policy is similar to what was approved in the application you will meet the standard City coverage and limits. Hi Georgina, We are in the process of renewing our insurance policy and wanted to check in with you about SLO MC 9.10.160,which reads:As a condition of approval of any Commercial Cannabis Operator Permit issued pursuant to this Chapter,the permittee shall,at a minimum: B.Maintain insurance with standard City coverages and limits,but with additional conditions thereon deemed necessary by the City Attorney." Can you let us know what the City defines as standard City coverages and limits",and whether the City Attorney has deemed any additional conditions necessary?
