My name is Mary Mitchell and I own The Soda Water Works commercial
property at the corner of Dana and Nipomo Streets. I am writing today to
encourage council members to vote to approve item 6d above as
presented.
It has been a long 8 months. My 12 tenants have been anxiously awaiting
this day and, on their behalf, -I extend our appreciation to City Staff, City
Manager Derrek Johnson and all that have participated in this arduous task.
