Hello,
This email is to address the possibility of adding safety measures to the crossing of South Street at King st. Many families
in the surrounding areas send their children to school At Hawthorne elementary and those families walk, ride bikes or
Scooters to campus. South street is one of the busiest streets in San Luis Obispo and our children deserve the safest
crossing possible. Distracted drivers need to see more than flashing lights at this intersection.
Please consider aiding families getting their children safely to Hawthorne Elementary.
