Re: Proposed Solid Waste Rate Increase

This is my statement of protest against the Proposed Rate Increase for garbage collection service. The
service address is . 1 hereby protest this rate
increase and also request a copy of the audit trail for garbage collection fees collected from properties
within the City of San Luis Obispo showing where the funds collected were used, such as funds collected
that were dispersed from the San Luis Obispo Garbage Company accounts receivable to the City of San
Luis Obispo government coffers. Please forward this information to either my email address (as above)
or to my home mailing address (as above).
