This email is in follow up to the one I previously sent.
The city’s long range plan for Johnson Avenue had Bishop Street going over the train tracks and connecting at South
Street/Santa Barbara Avenue. Can this plan be dusted off and reviewed again? With all the construction happening near
the Righetti Ranch area, there needs to be another thorough fare besides Laurel Lane and Tank Farm Road. If Bishop
went through to South Street, you would eliminate alot of additional traffic on Johnson Avenue. It’s in the long range
traffic circulation plans.
