• City Staff analyzed building permit data in December 2021:
•204 out of 333 new units permitted in 2021 (61%) were all-electric
•153 all-electric units for San Luis Ranch
•112 non-specific plan (infill) units permitted
•51 all-electric units (46%), 61 mixed-fuel units (54%)
