1 atr, protesting the proposed rate increase; from San Luis Garbage Company. San Luis Garbage has served the
community exceedingly well for decades.
However, now their rate increases are coming at an alarming rate. The fact the Council is considering a 26% price
increase just 18 months after the last increase is ludicrous. The carte blanche acceptance of these fee increases
smacks of greed, and a lack of fiscal responsibility on both San Luis Garbage's and the Council's part.
Please consider a more reasonable solution for continuing to provide excellent service for the citizens of San Luis
Obispo.
