Planning Division — Community Development Department 1. We propose installation of two obstruction light poles. Location, diameter and height information is added to Sheet L104 and new Sheet PA402. Lighting specifications, elevations are included on new Sheet PA402. Pole locations are incorporated into renderings and simulations on Sheets PA400 and PA401. 2. Dignity has assured us that the underlying property will be secured prior to the final entitlement hearing and requests that the entitle review be allowed to proceed while negotiations are being finalized. 3. The flight approach to the relocated helistop is required to be toward the prevailing winds (from the northwest). This positions the flight path in a narrow gap between the proposed Patient Tower and existing mature eucalyptus trees in the Open Space Easement (refer to Flightpath diagram on sheet PA402). Due to FAA clearance requirements three additional eucalyptus trees are proposed for removal. These are 762 Higuera Street, Suite 212 San Luis Obispo, CA 93401 805.541-3848 Fax: 805.541-926o SDGarchitects.com September 11, 2020 2 ARCH-0161 (1911 Johnson Avenue) — Completeness Review #4 Response shown as trees 21, 22 and 23 on the revised Sheet L104 (attached).
