Regular Meeting of the Mass Transportation Committee
CALL TO ORDER
A Regular Meeting of the Mass Transportation Committee was called to order on Wednesday,
January 12, 2022 at 2:37 p.m. via teleconference, by Vice Chair David Figueroa.
ROLL CALL
Present: Committee Members David Figueroa (Vice Chair ‐ At Large), Robin Kisinger (Senior),
Denise Martinez (Disabled), Brian Kragh (Student), and Dinah Nassar (Alternate).
Absent: Committee Members John Osumi (Chair ‐ Business), Marlene Cramer (Cal Poly), and
Trevor Freeman (Technical)
Staff: Transit Manager Austin O’Dell, Transit Coordinator Megan Weeks, and Transit
Assistant Jesse Stanley

CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES
1. Minutes of the Mass Transportation Committee meeting of November 10, 2021.
ACTION: UPON MOTION OF COMMITTEE MEMBER KISINGER, SECONDED BY COMMITTEE
MEMBER KRAGH, CARRIED 5‐0‐3 (Members Osumi, Cramer, and Freeman absent), the Mass
Transportation Committee approved the minutes of November 10, 2021.

ACTION: UPON MOTION OF COMMITTEE MEMBER KISINGER, SECONDED BY COMMITTEE

meeting was adjourned at 3:23 p.m.
The next Regular Meeting of the Mass Transportation Committee is scheduled for Wednesday,
March 9, 2022 at 2:30 p.m. via teleconference.
