1.CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Erica A. Stewart will call the Special Meeting of the San Luis Obispo City Council to
order.
2.PUBLIC COMMENT FOR ITEMS ON THE AGENDA ONLY
Public Comment will only be accepted for items listed on the agenda.
3.CITY COUNCIL WORKSHOP
•Welcome – Mayor (10 Minutes)
•Working Together – Discuss aligning individual strengths to maximize effective
meetings and interactions. (75 Minutes)
•The Path Forward – Identify opportunities to maximize support for transition of new
Councilmembers. (25 Minutes)
•Communications – Strategic conversations, community outreach, and
communications moving forward. (60 Minutes)
•Summing It Up – Action Items and Next Steps (10 Minutes)

4.ADJOURNMENT
The next Regular Meeting of the City Council will be held on June 7, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. in the
Council Chambers at City Hall, 990 Palm Street, San Luis Obispo.
The City of San Luis Obispo wishes to make all of its public meetings accessible to the
