This must not happen! The parking rates are already high and if goes even higher especially double it will hurt businesses
downtown and throughout the city of SLO! I am totally against this! My vote is NO INCREASE ON PARKING RATES!!! Help
our businesses downtown! They keep our downtown viable! Without them we do not have a DOWNTOWN!!! NO!!!
