Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. To Whom ut nat concern: I am writing today in favor of the proposed parking rate increases. I believe that if we want our town to thrive in ways other than the rates of owning a home, a more pedestrian accessible downtown is key. It is my understanding that the rate increases will directly affect the nipomo and palm parking structure build as well as the proposed arts district with the museum and SLO reps as anchors. The pedestrian area that will create alone will invite more action to our already bustling downtown as well as create more work and revenue. As much as I'd rather not pay more for parking, it's value seems to help our city out in the grand scheme of things. Thank you for your time, Zach Johnson 15 year resident of SLO 1
