My name is Alan Pietsch. I live in Arroyo Grande. I am an avid supporter of SLO Rep and SLO arts events. San Luis
Obispo needs to have a thriving Arts District as a culturally progressive city and to attract tourists. I would like to
encourage the City Council to approve parking rate increases to enable it to build the new parking structure. This is an
ideal way to have users help fund downtown development.
