Atten. council members,
I have lived here 25 years and have always supported downstown merchants. I love THE PALM THEATRE but the
proposed increase in parking makes that not affordable for me. The free first hour allowed me to quickly pop into stores to
pick up what I need. Now, I will look to Amazon and free shipping. We all know how expensive resteraunt meals have
become...add 8 dollars and it's over my budget. You may have another garage but don't look to the locals to fill
