Don’t price locals out of our downtown!
Rents are already sky high for downtown space, these proposed increases along with eliminating “one hour free
parking” will drive away shoppers. I, for one, will avoid downtown, and drive to the Maddonna Plaza instead.
Here’s an idea, turn one of the vacant downtown businesses into the cultural arts center and save us all a lot of money.
