ALL TESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO PLACING THEMATERIAL. THE TEST RESULTS SHALL CLEARLY INDICATE THE LOCATION AND SOURCE OF THE MATERIAL.9.COMPACTION TESTS SHALL BE MADE ON SUBGRADE MATERIAL AND MATERIAL AS SPECIFIED BY THE ENGINEER. SAID TESTS SHALL BE MADE PRIOR TO THE PLACING OFTHE NEXT MATERIAL. GRADING AND COMPACTIONS REQUIREMENTS SHOULD BE AS PER THE RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE SOILS ENGINEER REPORT AND/OR CITYSTANDARDS.10.SUBGRADE MATERIAL SHALL BE COMPACTED TO A RELATIVE COMPACTION OF 95% INTHE ZONE BETWEEN FINISHED SUBGRADE ELEVATION AND ONE FOOT BELOW,UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED (i.e. BIO-RETENTION AREAS). ALL MATERIAL IN FILL SECTIONS BELOW THE ZONE MENTIONED ABOVE SHALL BE COMPACTED TO 90%RELATIVE COMPACTION.11.FINAL REPORTS SHALL BE REQUIRED IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 18 OF THE CBC12.DURING CONSTRUCTION/GROUND DISTURBING ACTIVITIES, THE APPLICANT SHALL IMPLEMENT THE FOLLOWING PARTICULATE (DUST) CONTROL MEASURES, THESEMEASURES SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE GRADING AND BUILDING PLANS.
