City advisory bodies serve as a vehicle to facilitate public input and
citizen participation in the determination of City policies.This is
accomplished by formulating recommended courses of action to the City
Council with whom final determination rests

Cautionary and Encouraging.
Consistent and comprehensive fiscal policies provide a solid foundation
for the long-term fiscal health of a City
General Fund Revenue Stabilization Fund. The City will maintain a
reserve of $1M for the purposes of offsetting unanticipated fluctuations
in general fund revenues to provide financial stability for the term of the
Fiscal Health Response Plan.
Capital Projects Reserve Fund. The City will maintain a reserve for the
purposes of offsetting unanticipated cost increases.
$32 million in extra CalPERS Payments.
$13.8 million in 115 Trust
Avoid $19 Million in interest payments.
