This message is for the Tree Committee regarding a removal application of a ficus tree located at 685 Higuera St. I
attempted to call the phone number provided to properly appeal the removal as per instructions on the public notice,
but the office had closed early (on the last day to receive possible appeals before the 5pm deadline). I have record of the
call as I was forwarded to the police department, and would like it (along with email) to go on record as a public appeal
that was not fielded by the designated operating body within the time allotment notified to the public, and should
therefore be heard prior to tree-removal process.
