Dear Mayor and Council members:
Please support the resolution and ordinance regarding new building energy infrastructure.
Clean, all electric new buildings support health, safety, affordability, and climate change mitigation.
Specifically, support the following:
(1) Resolution 11133 is the Policy of the City that new buildings should be all-electric.
(2) Ordinance 1684 requires that mixed-fuel buildings be substantially higher performing than all-
electric buildings and requires solar installations on nonresidential buildings.
