Honorable Councilmembers,
I have helped design 350 all-electric affordable housing developments over the last decade, and what each client has
found is that it lowers costs to build all-electric. It also speeds construction timelines, reduces dangers to blue collar
contractors, and most importantly, dramatically reduces green house gas pollution.
