SLO City Council,
I am strongly in favor of a woman having the right to make decisions for her physical and mental health. It is a travesty
that the conservative Supreme Court overturned Roe vs Wade this past week.
It sickens me that this has become such a political football. Women are still considered second class citizens! When a
woman can’t access an abortion for whatever reason and is forced to have children she cannot afford to support
financially, emotionally or physically, will government step in and help provide needed services. I think we know the
answer.
Please vote in favor of the resolution before you on July 5th.
