Hello Mayor and Council Members,
This email serves as my public comment on Item 5.g. (Consideration of a Resolution in Support of Reproductive
Freedom) on the Revised Agenda for the Tuesday, July 5, 2022 City Council meeting. I fully support adoption of this
resolution and ask that you do as well. As a woman, city resident, friend, sister, and advocate for bodily autonomy, I
believe that it is of utmost importance to preserve the safety and access to reproductive services in the City of San Luis
Obispo. My family and friends have been directly impacted by other states and cities reproductive service restrictions
and the physical, mental, emotional, and financial harm that results from those restrictions.
I affirm my support of Item 5.g. Please vote in favor of this resolution to protect access to reproductive services and the
health of our community and community members.
