Dear Council members -- I urge your support of the "clean energy for new buildings" ordinance before the Council (Item
6b of the agenda for the July 5 meeting). This would be a smart ordinance for SLO to have in force: relying on clean
electricity, which is becoming less expensive all the time, would save rate payers money, help curb pollution and be
much better for the climate.
