Dear Mayor Stewart and Council Members,
I'm writing in SUPPORT of the staff proposed inclusionary housing ordinance, item 7B, on your agenda Tuesday.
As a city resident concerned about housing for all residents, I believe it is imperative that a share of new housing actually
be affordable!
The proposed ordinance helps make this happen... and without it this doesn't happen.
Don’t lose touch with humanity!!
Please enact the ordinance as written and proposed by your staff on Tuesday. Thank you.
