RE: 7.c DIRECTION ON TERMS OF A COMMUNITY WORKFORCE AGREEMENT FOR THE CULTURAL ARTS DISTRICT PARKING STRUCTURE Esteemed Council, I am writing on behalf of the Tri-Counties Building and Construction Trades Council in support of Staff Recommendation regarding the CWA as well as to direct staff to continue negotiations.
