All persons wishing to speak on agenda items or during this non-agenda public comment portion of the meeting are asked to fill out a “request to speak form” and pro vide it to the Commission Clerk prior to the beginning of that item. Each speaker will be limited to a three-minute presentation. During public hearings, applicants or their representatives will be given the opportunity to speak first after the staff rep ort is given and questions of the Commission have been addressed.
