Date Tyler Corey, Principal Planner As applicant for this project, I hereby accept the fees for 163 Serrano Heights Subdivision Initial Study of Environmental Review services for the Serrano Heights Subdivision project and agree to deposit with the City of San Luis Obispo Community Development Department, the amount shown on line 5 above.
