Authorization and Assurances
The cost to the applicant for consultant services (as stated in line 1 above) is based on
the total cost included in the consultant's scope of work for the 163 Serrano Heights
Subdivision Initial Study of Environmental Review, as detailed in Exhibit "A", letter from
SWCA Environmental Consultants.

As applicant for this project, I hereby accept the fees for 163 Serrano Heights
Subdivision Initial Study of Environmental Review services for the Serrano Heights
Subdivision project and agree to deposit with the City of San Luis Obispo Community
Development Department, the amount shown on line 5 above. Upon receipt of this sum,
the Community Development Director is authorized to employ consultant to complete
the attached scope of work.
