Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond. I have lived on Rosemary Court 30+years. I enjoy a daily walk on Poinsettia past the park toward Tank Farm Road. I always seek the shady side of the street, so I am familiar with the 4 trees that an owner wants to cut down. First of all, the “Garden” home properties and their yards are maintained by the HOA-why does an individual property owner get to decide on plant materials? I thought that was plus for property owners in that development. Secondly, why would a Garden Home owner have objections to these lovely trees? These trees add to the aesthetic feeling in the neighborhood. Thirdly, with all that is happening with heat and climate change, why would an individual object to the cooling properties of these mature trees? Young tree replacement is not a solution. Please deny the permit to cut down these lovely trees. It just isn’t right. Andrea Jacobson 805.234.3563 1
