We object to the removal of the trees as proposed by the developer. Many of the significant large trees, especially
Cedars, can remain on site without sacrificing or significantly impacting the project. The City is removing too many large
healthy trees unnecessarily. The “replacement “ by small trees, many planted offsite, is inadequate.
Please continue this item with direction to the applicant to review suggestions presented by Dr. Cooper and any
additional considerations you may raise.
