chaired second discussion of Paso Robles GW Basin and
options for creating a GW Mgmt District. Resolution
approved unanimously to support legislative platform to seek
a balanced governing board for such a district.
5:00 p.m.: Human Relations Commission, City Hall — discussion of
homeless issues and Directed Giving program
Thursday, 2/6 2:00 p.m.: Directed Giving project team meeting led b Keith Storton,
Downtown Assoc. offices
4:00 p.m.: Headline News segment taping with Brad Pomerance, Charter
Communications, SLO
5:00 p.m.: Neighborhood Wellness community meeting, Ludwick Center
Friday, 2/7 1:30 p.m.: North County Waste Disposal, Templeton, tour of waste
separation facility and composting facility near Creston
Tuesday, 2/11 1:30 p.m.: Board of Supervisors, presentation to Board with resolution
from Water Resources Advisory Committee in support of
legislative platform; Board ultimately decides to postpone one
week.

Friday, 2/14 11:15 a.m.: Meet with Bill Almas, Chevron Corporation, and Phil Baily &
Natalie Jo Schaefer of Cal Poly regarding possible partnership
opportunities for remediation and monitoring of Chevron
property on Tank Farm Road.
Friday, 2/14 12:15 pm: Laguna Middle School "No -one eats alone" event, with other
City and School Board leaders, encouraging anti - bullying
attitudes at school.
5:00 p.m.: Opening of "SLOPANO" photography exhibit at SLO
Museum of Art with Brian Lawler, including brief lecture by
the photographer. Note: The City should consider acquiring
some of these works from the artist, along with acquiring
rights to the companion historical panoramas from the
owner(s), for permanent exhibit at City Hall.
Tuesday, 2/18 3:30 p.m.: Housing Subcommittee of Homeless Services Oversight
Committee, County Dept of Social Services (left early for
Council Study Session).
