Subject:Tree Committee Agenda Comment -- 64 LaEntrada Palm
This message is from an External Source. Use caution when deciding to open attachments, click links, or respond.
Dear Tree Committee,
Please reject the request to remove the Canary Island Palm at 64 LaEntrada. I live on Ramona Dr. about half a block
from the tree.
The Island Palm at 64 LaEntrada is a valuable part of our neighborhood. I appreciate this tree and the owls that live in it
and the tree’s removal would sadden me. My wife and I walk daily in the neighborhood and “the Owl Tree” is a favorite
and frequent destination.
I echo the sentiment of my neighbor Richard Schmidt (emailed to this committee on Oct. 20th). I want to add my voice to
the others asking you to reject the removal request and let our neighborhood keep this tree.
Thank you!
Ed Himelblau
