1720 is one of a subgenre of 16 with asymmetric
pediment-topped bay (above), similar to a subgenre of
12 with asymmetric pediment-topped porch (below).

Colonial Revival subtype on the Contributing List and
5 on the Master List in the historic district.

enclosures. 2 (above) appear to be reversible, and 2
(below) have arguably lost the integrity to
communicate their significance.

significance of the remaining examples of the subtype in
