As a bike rider and car driver in San Luis Obispo for 45 years, I have a great concern over bicyclists not following traffic
rules. I consistently see bicyclists going through the stop signs without stopping on Chorro, Broad, and Cerro Romauldo. I
am wondering if stop signs do not apply to bicyclists in San Luis Obispo anymore? If this is the current status then
perhaps we should lower speed limits for cars? Safety is my concern here.
