Review of Applicant’s Pre-Application Review Objectives and Questions Clarify specific provisions/policies of the General Plan o 150-foot elevation development limitation o Conceptual site constraints, site planning, and building heights o Is the development of more housing and less commercial uses an acceptable refinement of the LUCE planning vision for this site? o Relocation of historic resources (structures) o Is the realignment and restoration of Froom Creek an acceptable concept? o What setbacks should be applied to Froom Creek (if realigned and restored)? o What setbacks should be applied to bog thistle plants? o Bunchgrass removal and on / off-site mitigation options o Plan to conform to 50 percent Open Space requirement for annexation areas Authorization to proceed with application submittal and environmental review 5.
